COMMUNITY WELLBEING IN ACTIOn

At the heart of DIIGG Wellbeing is community. Everything we do — from school programs to workplace leadership — is designed to ripple back into the places we live, work, and play.
We believe that true wellbeing doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens in circles, in conversations, in shared experiences, and in the everyday connections that remind us we belong. That’s why we reinvest all profits from our programs into initiatives that strengthen our local community here in Geelong, Bellarine and the Surf Coast.

What We’ve Done Together
Over the past few years, DIIGG has proudly hosted and supported:
- Men’s circles & wellbeing events – safe spaces for honest connection and support.
- Breathwork & yoga sessions – accessible tools for regulating stress and building resilience.
- Keynote events – with leading voices such as Lael Stone (parenting, emotional literacy) and Gus Worland (mental health in the workplace).
- Youth mentoring – our community of mentors has run sessions at Surf Coast Secondary College, helping young people feel seen and supported.
- Film & storytelling nights – celebrating local documentary makers and sparking community conversations.
Each of these events has brought people together across age, gender, and cultural backgrounds — strengthening our shared sense of belonging.

What’s Next
We’re just getting started. With your support, DIIGG aims to expand its community offerings, making holistic wellbeing and connection available to everyone. Future initiatives include:
- Family & Parenting Workshops – practical tools for communication, resilience, and emotional health.
- Wellbeing Events for All Genders – circles, retreats, and skill-based workshops that bring diverse voices together.
- School Partnerships – expanding mentoring, leadership, and wellbeing programs across the region.
- Community Film Nights & Speaker Series – continuing to showcase stories and bring leading experts to the Surf Coast.
- Youth Integration Pathways – ongoing mentoring and community support after camps and workshops, ensuring young people are met in everyday life.

Our Commitment
DIIGG is open to all — regardless of gender, age, or cultural background. We’re here to create safe, inclusive spaces where people can:
- Feel connected, supported, and celebrated
- Learn tools for resilience, regulation, and wellbeing
- Be part of something bigger — a community that thrives together
