Fostering authentic connection & transformation

Young people thrive when they feel seen, supported, and celebrated. At DIIGG, we bring together two interconnected programs that nurture growth — building confidence, resilience, and belonging every step of the way.

Rites of Passage

A rite of passage is one of the most important experiences a young person can have — a moment where they feel truly seen and recognised as they step into a new stage of life.

At DIIGG, our Rites of Passage Camps create a safe and supportive environment where students, alongside a parent, teacher, or mentor, step away from the distractions of daily life and immerse in a process of challenge, reflection, and celebration.

These camps aren’t just weekends away — they are powerful turning points. Students explore their identity, values, and vision for the future, while parents and mentors are given the tools to honour, witness, and guide them. The result is:

  • Stronger bonds between young people and the adults in their lives
  • A sense of pride and belonging within community
  • Practical skills in resilience, communication, and emotional regulation
  • Lasting memories that mark the transition from childhood into young adulthood

By combining nature, ceremony, and storytelling, our camps offer young people an experience that stays with them for life.

Tribe of Mentors Programs

The journey doesn’t begin at camp — it starts long before. Our Tribe of Mentors Programs are designed to walk alongside students throughout the school year, providing consistent encouragement and skills that prepare them for their rite of passage.

Delivered as short, regular workshops across year levels 7–12, these programs build the foundations of confidence, resilience, emotional literacy, and leadership. They can be tailored to specific school years or run across multiple cohorts, creating a steady rhythm of growth and support.

What makes the program unique is our community of mentors. Each brings lived wisdom and professional experience to the group, offering perspectives young people don’t often encounter at school or at home.

Our mentors include:

  • Teachers with decades of classroom experience
  • Outdoor education facilitators & nature-based practitioners who reconnect students with the natural world
  • Art therapists, counsellors, and youth workers trained in emotional safety and creative expression
  • Business leaders, coaches, and holistic health practitioners (breathwork, yoga, wellbeing) who model balance and resilience

Together, this network of mentors forms a trusted circle of guides. They embody what healthy adulthood looks like and provide practical, relatable tools that young people can carry into their studies, relationships, and future careers.

Seamless program integration, tailored for success.
